Naturally Cake’s Neapolitan is made organically using organic ingredients and real food. We never use box cakes or any preservatives. You will taste the freshness and goodness of a real cake. This cake is made up of a vanilla, strawberry and chocolate layer. Yum! Just imagine your beloved Neapolitan ice cream in cake form!

The vanilla layer is very well hydrated (we don’t say moist around here). The strawberry layer is made using organic strawberry reduction and topped with a scratch-made strawberry jam. Yes, even our jam is made, never store bought. The chocolate layer is super chocolatey and topped with chocolate buttercream frosting. In the picture, we have topped this cake with a pink-tinted white chocolate ganache drip that is an optional add-on. Mmm good!

Some people ask why the strawberry layer is brownish and not pink. This is an excellent question. Since we do not use fake ingredients, the natural color of the strawberry cake using real strawberries will be brown. The addition of pink and red food coloring works to make the cake look pink. We can make the layer more pink if a customer desires that, but we have chosen to leave this beauty as natural as possible.
